Around 1,000 Australian Sea Lions surf the waves to shore and – once on land – make tracks and burrow in the protected sand dunes and coastal scrub. It’s an extraordinary privilege to walk among the colony and observe these wild animals in their natural habitat. In the company of your private guide, watch as the sea lions emerge from the protection of the sand dunes and head to the beach. An informative commentary provides insight to their unique breeding cycle, classic ‘Aussie’ lifestyle and the ongoing research programs conducted on site.
