Learn about the small batch distillation process and sample an evolution of spirits from limoncello to local honey liqueur and rare Old Tom gin. An exclusive collaboration between Kangaroo Island Spirits and Baillie Lodges, baillies 9 wild gin includes a secret island ingredient that distinguishes it from imitations.
Also in the neighbourhood find Kangaroo Island Wool. The newly built wool mill puts visitors in touch with the island’s rich agricultural heritage. The onsite shop makes it easy to pickup a fine merino wool garment handcrafted on-island from hand selected, elite sheep to take home.
