In contrast to the evening’s tastings and dinners, this experience invites guests to journey beyond the flagship wines, exploring the breadth and character of the Hentley Farm portfolio through a seasonal, produce-driven menu inspired by the Barossa.

Dishes are designed to be shared and savoured at a gentle pace, paired with a curated selection of varietals and small-batch expressions, including The Stray Grenache/Shiraz, Cabernet, Zinfandel, Mt Crawford Saperavi, alongside expressive blends such as Quintessential and H-Block. Each course is thoughtfully paired to showcase the evolution, provenance and depth of Hentley Farm’s most revered wines.
